Having done working externships with Market Surveillance and the Securities and Exchange Commission, Philip Danisi was well versed in legal investigations even prior to his career on Wall St. During Philip’s 20+ career on Wall St, he was exposed to many different investigations, situations and circumstances where procedure and violations were being investigated by regulatory agencies. Philip witnessed and advised colleagues, clients, friends and institutions which were all called into question by these agencies. Having the background and experience of the procedures, environment and norms of financial institutions, allows Philip Danisi to protect his client’s interest with a tremendous legal advantage.
During law school, Philip Danisi was fortunate enough to gain vast experience in all areas of Securities Law.
